Last October (2010) I went on a dive with Ken Nedimyer, the founder of the Coral Restoration Foundation. From that day on, I have been enthralled and captivated by his complete dedication and unending perseverance to protect, preserve and heal Florida’s troubled and endangered reef ecosystem.
CRF is a small organization with an enourmous task. I have set up a blog to document their activity. This project is designed to raise awareness of their work, and I have been fortunate to have been accepted by the New York Foundation for the Arts, through Artspire, as a fiscally sponsored project.
You can track the activity of CRF through my Coral Reef Restoration Logbook.
