PADI Specialty Course:
Digital Underwater Photographer
You will earn the PADI Specialty Certification
for Digital Underwater Photographer
The PADI course can be completed in less than two days. On the first day, we have a classroom
session, make sure your gear is seaworthy, and jump on a dive boat for 2 afternoon dives. The next
morning we have a follow-up session to critique your images and answer your questions.
Beyond these basic requirements for the class, many people continue with an additional day
or two for more in depth (no pun intended) instruction, critique, and Q&A sessions. Many students
would like more time in the water with instruction, and more critique and Q/A sessions to
maximize the learning experience.
I enjoy photography, the water and combining the two. We will learn the basics and have some
good boat, diving and learning time. This is a time to relax, have fun, and improve your
underwater photography!
